How long can I subscribe for?

For your convenience, we offer 3 subscription options: for a month, 6 months and 12 months.

How do I get a discount?

For long-term use of the bot, the best option would be to purchase a subscription for 6 months or a year. For example, when choosing the annual standard tariff, you save 3.5 months of subscription, which is much more profitable than paying every month.

How can I pay for a subscription?

To make a payment for a bot, we have the following options:

  • Payment in rubles via the Cashier platform (MIR, VISA and MasterCard)
  • The ability to pay via Telegram Stars.
  • Payment in TON/USDT/BTC cryptocurrencies via Cryptobot applications.

How does the calculation of the remaining days occur when changing the tariff?
How subscription balance is calculated when switching plans:
•We offer three paid plans: STANDART, PRO, and MAX.
•When you upgrade, for example, from STANDART to a higher plan like PRO or MAX, any unused subscription days are automatically recalculated:
•Switching to PRO: every 2 days on the STANDART plan equal 1 day on the PRO plan.
•Switching to MAX: every 4 days on the STANDART plan equal 1 day on the MAX plan.
•When switching from PRO to MAX, every 2 days on PRO become 1 day on MAX.
•When downgrading (e.g., from PRO or MAX to STANDART), remaining paid days are recalculated with an increase in balance:
•Switching from PRO to STANDART: 1 day on PRO = 2 days on STANDART.
•From MAX to PRO: 1 day on MAX = 2 days on PRO.
•From MAX to STANDART: 1 day on MAX = 4 days on STANDART.
Examples:
•If you have 20 days left on STANDART and switch to PRO, you will get 10 days on the new plan.
•If you had 8 days on PRO and switch to MAX, you receive 4 days on MAX.
•If you have 5 days left on MAX and switch to STANDART, you get 20 days on STANDART.
Any plan change accurately recalculates your balance: you never lose paid days—they are always automatically converted according to the chosen plan’s coefficient.
What happens if I don't renew my subscription?

After your subscription expires, you will receive a notification about its completion, and the bot will stop working. The status “inactive” will be displayed in the main menu, and the tariff plan will be marked as “unpaid”. 3 and 5 days after the subscription expires, you will receive a reminder to pay for it, otherwise information about your projects will be deleted. On the 6th day after the subscription period expires, your project data will be automatically deleted, including keywords and stop words, as well as information about the sender and recipient – in other words, all data. Therefore, if you plan to continue using the bot, it is recommended to renew your subscription in a timely manner and avoid automatic data deletion.

How do I unsubscribe?

If you decide to stop using the bot, then you need to delete all projects. The funds paid for the bot subscription are non-refundable for any reason and wishes. Unused paid days will be automatically deducted at the end of the subscription period. The bot’s work will be finished for you.
