1. General Provisions

1.1. This Consent applies exclusively to personal data processing related to the user’s voluntary loading of optional external content on the website https://redirect-bot.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).

1.2. The personal data operator is Радовский Павел Сергеевич (Pavel Sergeevich Radovskiy) (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”).

1.4. This Consent is granted in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”.

1.5. This Consent is separate from the Personal Data Processing Policy, rules governing the use of third-party services, and other documents published on the Website.

1.6. This Consent applies exclusively to optional external content loaded directly on Website pages and does not apply to the user’s independent transitions via ordinary external links.

2. Method of Granting Consent

2.1. The user grants this Consent freely, of their own will and in their own interest, by performing an explicit action in the Website’s privacy management interface.

2.2. Such an action may include any of the following:

  • clicking the “Allow External Content” button, if such a button is displayed;

4. List of Personal Data

4.1. After the user permits the loading of external content, the following technical information may become available to the RUTUBE platform as a result of a direct connection between the user’s browser and the relevant service:

  • information about the browser;
  • information about the operating system;
  • device type;
  • the date and time the external material is loaded;
  • the address of the Website page on which the external material is embedded;
  • the referring source (Referer), if such information is transmitted by the browser;
  • RUTUBE cookies and other technical identifiers, if such identifiers are used by the relevant service and permitted by the browser settings.

4.2. To grant this Consent, the Operator does not request the user’s name, telephone number, email address, residential address, passport details, payment details, Telegram ID, Telegram username, or other similar information.

5. External RUTUBE Service

5.1. Certain pages of the Website may contain embedded video content from the third-party RUTUBE platform.

5.2. RUTUBE content is optional and is loaded only after the user enables the “External Content” category or otherwise explicitly grants the relevant consent through the Website interface.

5.3. Until the user grants such permission, the embedded RUTUBE element is blocked, and the Website does not initiate a direct connection between the user’s browser and RUTUBE through that embedded element.

5.4. After external content is permitted, the user’s browser may establish a direct connection with RUTUBE, as a result of which the relevant service may receive the technical information listed in Section 4 of this Consent.

5.5. Further processing of information by the RUTUBE platform is carried out in accordance with the rules and privacy policy of the relevant service.

5.6. The Operator does not determine the purposes or methods of further information processing independently carried out by the RUTUBE platform after a connection between the user’s browser and that service has been established.

6. Actions Performed With Personal Data

6.1. To the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of this Consent, the Operator may perform or technically enable the following actions:

  • collection of technical information to the extent necessary for operation of the consent management mechanism;
  • recording;
  • systematization;
  • accumulation;
  • storage;
  • use;
  • technical enabling of external content loading after Consent has been obtained;
  • blocking;
  • deletion;
  • destruction.

6.2. Processing is carried out predominantly by automated means using information systems and the Internet.

7. Term of Consent

7.1. This Consent remains valid from the moment the user performs the relevant explicit action until the earliest of the following events:

  • the user withdraws the Consent;
  • the user changes the relevant privacy settings;
  • use of RUTUBE on the Website is discontinued;
  • the purpose of processing is achieved;
  • other grounds for termination of the relevant processing arise under the legislation of the Russian Federation.

7.2. Technical information about the privacy settings selected by the user may be stored on the user’s device using cookies for up to 12 months or until the relevant cookies are independently deleted by the user.

8. Withdrawal of Consent

8.1. The user may withdraw this Consent at any time.

8.2. To withdraw the Consent, the user may open the cookie and privacy settings on the Website and disable the “External Content” category.

8.3. The user may also send a notice of withdrawal to the Operator by email:

8.4. After withdrawal of the Consent, the Website ceases to initiate further loading of optional RUTUBE external content through embedded elements, unless another legal basis for such processing is provided by applicable law.

8.5. Withdrawal of the Consent does not automatically result in deletion of information previously received by the RUTUBE platform after a direct connection with the user’s browser was established. Further processing and deletion of such information are governed by the rules of the relevant service.

9. Consequences of Refusing Consent

9.1. The user is not required to grant this Consent.

9.2. Refusal to grant the Consent does not restrict access to the main information hosted directly on the Website.

9.3. If the Consent is not granted, embedded RUTUBE video content is not loaded and may be replaced by a technical placeholder.

9.4. If the Website contains an ordinary external link to the relevant material or third-party resource, the user may independently follow such a link.

10. Necessary Cookies and Technical Operation of the Website

10.1. This Consent does not apply to technically necessary operations carried out on another legal basis provided by law for the purpose of ensuring the functionality and security of the Website, saving the selected language, and preserving the user’s privacy settings.

10.2. In particular, withdrawal of this Consent does not prevent the use of technical cookies necessary for:

11.4. After the user independently follows such a link, further information processing is carried out by the relevant third-party service in accordance with its own rules and privacy policy.
